| الحقل | الوصف |
|---|---|
| الحالة (Status) | حالة دورة التنظيف: مجدولة، قيد التنفيذ، مكتملة، تم التحقق منها، أو فاشلة. |
| وصفة التنظيف في الموقع (CIP Recipe) (مطلوب) | وصفة التنظيف في الموقع المستخدمة للدورة. |
| المعدّة (Equipment) | المعدّة التي تُنفَّذ عليها دورة التنظيف. |
| مركز العمل (Work Center) | مركز العمل المرتبط بدورة التنظيف. |
| المشغّل (Operator) | الشخص المسؤول عن تشغيل دورة التنظيف. |
| موعد التنظيف التالي في الموقع المجدول (Next Scheduled CIP) | التاريخ والوقت المجدولان لدورة التنظيف التالية في الموقع. |
| البدء (Start) | تاريخ ووقت بدء دورة التنظيف. |
| الانتهاء (End) | تاريخ ووقت انتهاء دورة التنظيف. |
| تم التحقق بواسطة (Verified By) | الشخص الذي أجرى التحقق من دورة التنظيف. |
| ملاحظات التحقق (Verification Notes) | ملاحظات أو تفاصيل التحقق من دورة التنظيف. |
| الشركة (Company) (مطلوب) | الشركة المرتبطة بدورة التنظيف. |
