يوضّح هذا المرجع الحقول والإجراءات المتاحة في النموذج.

## مرجع الحقول

| الحقل | الوصف |
|---|---|
| الاسم (Name) | اسم المستخدم. |
| تسجيل الدخول (Login) (مطلوب) | يُستخدم لتسجيل الدخول إلى النظام. |
| الهاتف (Phone) | رقم الهاتف. |
| الهاتف المحمول (Mobile) | رقم الهاتف المحمول. |
| حقل تقني لإنشاء موظف (Technical field, whether to create an employee) | يحدّد ما إذا كان يجب إنشاء سجل موظف. |
| المستودع الافتراضي (Default Warehouse) | المستودع الذي يُستخدم افتراضياً. |
| حساب الدائنين (Account Payable) (مطلوب) | يُستخدم هذا الحساب بدلاً من الحساب الافتراضي باعتباره حساب الدائنين للشريك الحالي. |
| حساب المدينين (Account Receivable) (مطلوب) | يُستخدم هذا الحساب بدلاً من الحساب الافتراضي باعتباره حساب المدينين للشريك الحالي. |
| الشركة (Company) (مطلوب) | الشركة الافتراضية لهذا المستخدم. |
| الإشعارات (Notification) (مطلوب) | سياسة معالجة إشعارات Chatter: **المعالجة عبر البريد الإلكتروني (Handle by Emails)** لإرسال الإشعارات إلى عنوان بريدك الإلكتروني، أو **المعالجة في Flectra (Handle in Flectra)** لعرض الإشعارات في صندوق الوارد في Flectra. |
| الشريك المرتبط (Related Partner) (مطلوب) | بيانات الشريك المرتبطة بالمستخدم. |
